Clip a string and weight to the center plate attach your decoys not included to the 20 snap swivels on the end of the Spreader's arms and place decoys in the water. When you pull the Spreader up, the decoys come with it. Folds for compact carry. Rugged steel with a nonglare powder coated finish. Spreader rods are 18 copper and 30 long. Per 3 Holds 12 decoys.
